Watermelon Margarita

Makes 1 margarita
Each serving should served in a 12.5 oz. bucket glass

Ingredients

2 oz. Cabrito Tequila
4 oz. Amaranta Margarita Mix (proprietary blend) Substitute with preferred margarita mix
1.5 oz. Fresh Watermelon segments (Cut into 3 to 4, 1"x1" cubed pieces)
6 oz. Ice cubes
1 Lime Wedge
2 tbsp. Salt

Directions

1. In a mixing glass, muddle the watermelon cubes to a pureed consistency
2. Add tequila, margarita mix and 6 oz. of ice to the puree mixture
3. Shake all contents vigorously for 10 seconds
4. Garnish the margarita glass with a salt rim and a lime wedge
5. Pour mixture into garnished margarita glass
