Fresh fruit with a marsala sabayone

VANILLA SAUCE

Ingredients for 4 people

0,5 ltr Milk
1 Vanilla Pod
90 g Sugar
6 Egg Yolk
Rum



Preparation
Cut the vanilla pod open lengthwise and scratch the seeds out.
Put seeds and vanilla pod into milk.
Bring milk to boil.
Take a little bit of milk and stir it into egg yolks.
Add egg/milk mixture to the remaining milk and temper it.
Strain the sauce.
Perfume the sauce with a little bit of rum.
