INGREDIENTS [Marinade]
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp sesame oil
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
[Short Ribs]
4 lbs short ribs, sliced
Salt and pepper
3-4 green onions, chopped
2-3 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Marinate short ribs in marinade about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Quick season with salt and pepper, then grill over high heat until meat reaches desired doneness, about 5 to 8 minutes for medium-rare. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions.
