Berry Berry Dangerous Bunuelos

(yields 40)

1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
5 cups flour
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
40 pieces Berry Berry Dangerous chocolate
Peanut oil, as needed
Powdered sugar, as needed

Sift all dry ingredients together. Set aside.
Beat the eggs thoroughly, then beat in the milk
Fold in the dry mixture into the milk mixture gradually, then add the butter.
Turn onto a lightly floured board, and knead very gently unitl the dough is smooth and elastic.
Divide into about 40 small balls. Roll out to about 2 inches. Gently wrap around Berry Berry Dangerous chocolate pieces.
Preheat peanut oil to 370°. Fry until lightly browned on all sides. Drain on a towel and dust with powdered sugar.
