Le Colonial Banana Wonton with chocolate and vanilla sauce

Banana
Spring roll wrapper (made with wheat, egg, salt, water)
Crème anglaise (cream, milk, eggs, vanilla, sugar)
Banana puree
Chocolate sauce
Vanilla sauce
Powdered sugar
Fresh mint leaves

Place sliced bananas, crème anglaise, and banana puree in wonton wrapper. Wrap wonton wrapper around ingredients (like a package). Lightly flash fry. Serve with chocolate sauce, vanilla sauce as shown. Garnish with powdered sugar and mint.
